Chris Brown's former housekeeper, Maria Avila, wants the singer arrested in order for her to collect damages awarded to her.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Avila, who was awarded millions over a 2020 dog attack at Brown's Los Angeles home, has asked the court to issue an arrest warrant for the singer based on his failure to provide dates for her lawyers to examine his financials.
They have so far been unable to collect the $9.5 million (£7.2 million) judgment.
The housekeeper was mauled by a large dog outside the It Depends singer's house while taking out the rubbish.
Two weeks ago, she agreed to a reduced payout on the case after the presiding judge dubbed the jury's initial award of $12.9 million (£9.8 million) "excessive" and proposed the revised sum.
"Maria Avila hereby unequivocally accepts and consents to the reduction of her damages award," Avila's lawyer wrote in a notice of acceptance.
Both Brown and Avila testified at the original trial in Los Angeles in June. Avila broke down crying as she recounted for jurors the 12 December 2020 mauling at the Under The Influence singer's home in the Tarzana neighbourhood.
She said the attack left her with severe injuries to her arm and face, extensive scarring, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
"I will never be the same again," she shared.
