Dolly Parton's sister has addressed rumours of a feud within the family.
Following reports that the late country singer's manager had filed a restraining order against Parton's nephew Bryan Seaver, Freida Parton spoke out on social media to set the record straight.
"No one among the Parton/Owens family is fighting over Dolly's estate," read Freida's message posted on Instagram on Wednesday.
"We all love Bryan, just as we all love each other," she insisted. "I love you all!!"
Earlier this week, it was reported that Parton's long-time manager Danny Nozell had filed for a temporary restraining order against Seaver, the star's former head of security.
Nozell - who is manager of She's Alive LLC, a company created to oversee the late country icon's estate and legacy - filed the order in Nashville after firing Seaver, alleging a campaign of extortion, intimidation and threats following Parton's death.
According to the papers filed, Seaver was accused of "invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence" to acquire funds.
Seaver, who owns a company that provided security for Parton over the past 20 years, has denied the claims.
Parton passed away last month at the age of 80, with her passing publicly announced by Seaver.
