The name of Lady Gaga's baby name has been revealed, according to a US news outlet.
A US media outlet obtained the birth certificate for the Poker Face singer's first child, all but officially confirming the baby's arrival.
Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, and her entrepreneur partner Michael Polansky, have yet to comment on reports they recently became parents.
However, the documentation, newly unearthed by TMZ, indicated that on 9 June at 11:19 PM, baby girl Rose Bean Polansky was delivered at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The document also explained baby Rose was delivered by Dr Robert Katz - famously an obstetrician to the stars. Dr Katz previously delivered the babies of Halle Berry, Nicole Richie and Miranda Kerr, among others.
Earlier this month, Gaga was spotted wearing a baby in a sling as she and some of her entourage walked in Northern California.
The Grammy winner has made no secret about her dreams of motherhood.
"I'm excited to be a mom," Gaga told the New York Times in 2025.
"The thing that's the most important to me is to not force my children to live a life that they are not choosing. So the more that we can give them space to discover who they are on their own, that's the thing that I believe in the most."
