MGK, formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly, has revealed he has a new album planned for 2027.
The 36-year-old rap-rocker has teased that the follow-up to 2025's Lost Americana is on the way.
Speaking onstage at Rock in Rio recently, he spilled: "New album coming out next year. I don't know how to say all the things I want to in Portuguese, but invent something along the lines of 'Thank you, I love you. All my fans who came tonight, you're the f****** MVPs.' I'm gonna go smoke 200 cigarettes. Goodbye!"
Recently, MGK released a joint mixtape with Wiz Khalifa, Blog Era Boyz, and teamed up with Limp Bizkit legend Fred Durst on nu-metal collaboration FIX UR FACE.
MGK previously branded himself a “representative of the broken,” and during his Rock in Rio set he admitted he makes music so he doesn’t end up in jail.
In an emotional moment with the crowd before performing Lonely, he said: "I never set out to be the greatest musician; I never set out to be any of those things. I just wanted to get my pain out. I wanted to find a community that I never had, and music was my outlet - because where I'm from, everyone ends up dead or in jail. I'm sure it's a lot like this place, but I was fortunate enough to be one of the people that made it out. And I say this: you can't become whole until you experience being broken. This was a song I wrote about being broken."
Lost Americana climbed to number two in the UK and cracked the top five in the US, landing at number four.
