French DJ and producer HUGEL continues his impressive run on the UK Official Singles Chart today, 28 August 2026, as his summer track "Movin’ To The Sun" with Imael Angel and Ultra Naté reaches a new peak at Number 2.

The achievement represents the highest-charting single to date for both HUGEL and Imael Angel. It also marks a personal milestone for dance vocalist Ultra Naté, whose previous UK career best was the iconic 1997 anthem "Free," which peaked at Number 4. Twenty-nine years later, she has surpassed that landmark with "Movin’ To The Sun."

Standing between the trio and the top spot is Sam Fender and Olivia Dean's hit collaboration "Rein Me In." The track continues its dominant run at the summit, extending its record as the longest-running Number 1 single in UK chart history by securing its 23rd non-consecutive week at Number 1.

Further down the top five, STELLA LEFTY's single "Boston" moves up one position to achieve a new peak at Number 4.

Sienna Spiro also continues her strong chart presence, as "Great Expectation" climbs two spots to land at Number 5. Spiro holds additional momentum across the wider chart, with "Die On This Hill" rebounding to Number 15 and new entry "Pure" entering at Number 40 to give her a sixth UK Top 40 credit.

Irish rock group Fontaines D.C. secured their highest-charting UK single to date, as "Marianne" jumped 41 places to land at Number 19, easily outperforming their previous peak with 2025's "It’s Amazing To Be Young."

Following her recent appearance at London's All Points East festival, Audrey Hobert achieved a career-best result as "Sue me" climbed five places to Number 21. Noah Kahan's track "Orbiter" nudged upward to a new peak at Number 31, while US singer-songwriter Ashe claimed her second UK Top 40 entry with "Stop The Wedding!" entering at Number 38.
