Madonna and Kylie Minogue are heading straight for the UK Top 10 with their long-awaited collaborative single, "Love Sensation," according to the latest Official Chart First Look. Positioned as this week’s highest new entry at Number 8 based on early sales and streaming data, the track is set to secure Madonna’s 65th UK Top 10 single and Kylie’s 37th.
The disco-infused collaboration is featured on Madonna’s chart-topping album Confessions II. The pop icons gave the track its live debut in Amsterdam during a surprise appearance by Kylie during Madonna’s Club Confessions set.
At the top of the chart, Sam Fender and Olivia Dean look poised to extend their historical reign. Their hit collaboration, "Rein Me In," continues to lead the standings, on track to secure an unprecedented 21st week at Number 1. Meanwhile, Shakira and Burna Boy maintain their steady hold on the Number 2 position with "Dai Dai."
Dance music sees significant movement in the midweek rankings, with HUGEL, Imael Angel, and Ultra Naté jumping four spots to Number 3 with "Movin’ To The Sun." Manchester-based DJ and producer Silva Bumpa is also closing in on a Top 10 position, as breakthrough track "On 2nite" moves up four places to Number 9.
Sabrina Carpenter makes a dramatic return to the upper reaches of the chart as her 2024 Number 1 single "Espresso" lands at Number 4 on the First Look. The surge follows the release of a special two-year anniversary vinyl edition, bringing the track back into the Top 40 for the first time since early 2025.
Further down the First Look Top 20, rising tracks include Stella Lefty’s "Boston" reaching Number 10, Sienna Spiro’s "Die On This Hill" climbing to Number 15, and Tame Impala’s "Loser" securing Number 20. New entries just outside the Top 20 include Alex Warren’s "RESCUER" at Number 22 and K-pop group Stray Kids with "THIS & THAT" at Number 27.
