December 10 have officially made chart history as their highly anticipated debut EP, On Your Side, enters the UK Official Albums Chart at number five. Released via EMI Records, the project accumulated an impressive 13,035 UK chart sales in its opening week. The phenomenal result cements On Your Side as the highest-charting EP of 2026 so far, as well as the highest-charting debut EP by a British boyband in more than a decade. It also marks the first time a British boyband has secured a top five position on the UK Official Albums Chart in over five years.
The seven-piece group—comprising Cruz, Danny, Hendrik, John, Josh, Nicolas, and Seán—achieved this monumental milestone just seven months after their formation on Simon Cowell’s global Netflix series, The Next Act. Since launching in December 2025, the band has rapidly evolved into a bona fide cultural phenomenon, amassing over 30 million streams, 22.9 million YouTube views, and a massive combined social media following of 3.7 million dedicated fans.
Recorded across international music hubs including Los Angeles, London, Nashville, and Stockholm, the record features elite pop production from heavyweights Julian Bunetta, Poo Bear, and Savan Kotecha.
