Matty Healy performed with a The 1975 cover band while celebrating his recent bachelor party.
The 1975 frontman, who is gearing up to marry model and musician Gabbriette later this month, reportedly hired "the world's first tribute band to The 1975", The 9075, to perform at his stag do in Malibu, California, according to Rolling Stone UK.
Videos on social media show Matty singing and dancing on stage as The 9075 perform a rendition of his band's 2016 hit The Sound. He is dressed casually in jeans and a black T-shirt and is wearing no shoes.
At one point, he asks for the tribute band's lead singer to return, yelling, "Where is he? Come back!" The 9075's frontman emerges from the lively dancing crowd, returns to the stage and takes back the microphone as Matty dances beside him on stage, pointing, nodding and gesturing to his impersonator.
In another clip, the 37-year-old can be seen crowd-surfing while his bandmate George Daniel - wearing a pink cowgirl hat - sings along to the tribute act's version of their song Sex.
Matty began dating Gabbriette, real name Gabriella Bechtel, in September 2023 and they announced their engagement in June 2024.
The British musician's mother, TV personality Denise Welch, revealed back in May that the wedding would take place in July.
According to Instagram gossip account DeuxMoi, the couple could be getting married later this week.
