KASABIAN have officially announced a major UK headline arena tour for winter 2026, alongside the release of their brand new single "SUPERPOWERS." The highly anticipated five-date run, titled the Nothing Better Than This Tour, will kick off in December following a monumental, sold-out outdoor show at London’s Finsbury Park where the band performed to a rapturous crowd of 45,000 fans.
Renowned for their raucous, high-energy live performances, the Leicester rock outfit will launch the winter arena circuit at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham on Friday 11 December. The tour will then head north to the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, move down to the Utilita Arena in Cardiff, and take over the prestigious O2 Arena in London, before concluding with a massive homecoming finale at Manchester’s Co-op Live on Saturday 19 December. The band will be joined across all dates by very special guests The Vaccines.
The arena announcement arrives amidst a packed summer festival schedule for the group, which includes a prestigious headline slot on the main stage at Leeds Festival on Thursday 27 August, alongside high-profile appearances at Boardmasters, Victorious Festival, and Madrid's Mad Cool Festival.
The upcoming winter tour will support the band’s highly anticipated ninth studio album, Act III, which is scheduled for global release on 4 September. The record follows a historic streak for the band, whose last seven consecutive studio albums have all debuted at number one on the UK Official Album Chart. Produced by frontman Serge Pizzorno alongside Mark Ralph at their dedicated spaces, The Sergery and Club Ralph, the upcoming 10-track album is described as a collection of guitar-driven, psyche-infused pop.
Draped in Pizzorno's instantly recognizable hazy vocal delivery, the new material channels a visceral, raw energy that honors the band's earliest musical foundations while pushing their sonic boundaries forward. Comprising Serge Pizzorno, Chris Edwards, Ian Matthews, and Tim Carter, the group looks to cement their legacy as one of the UK's most essential 21st-century rock acts.
