Broadcaster Graham Norton made a guest appearance on the BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show with Gary Davies to discuss his highly anticipated television event, Madonna & Graham. Airing on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, the documentary special offers fans an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at the Queen of Pop as she prepares to release her next studio album.

During the interview, Norton shared several highlights from the complicated shoot, which took place across various unique spaces inside the historic London venue, KOKO. The television host revealed a major surprise appearance by Australian pop icon Kylie Minogue, who stepped in unexpectedly during a segment filmed at an upstairs bar. The meeting has reignited heavy industry rumors regarding a potential duet between the two legendary pop stars on Madonna's upcoming record, Confessions II.

While Norton noted that Minogue playfully refused to officially confirm the collaboration on air, host Gary Davies reminded listeners that the truth will be revealed when the album officially drops. Norton also spent time inside the recording studio with legendary music producer Stuart Price, who helmed the original Confessions on a Dance Floor record. Norton revealed that Price brought out the exact microphone used during those original sessions for the new project, noting that many of the final vocals on Confessions II—excluding the Sabrina Carpenter guest feature—were actually captured in raw, impromptu first takes.

Reflecting on his personal history with the music icon, Norton also laughed about the time he was spontaneously invited on stage to dance during her Rebel Heart Tour at the O2 Arena, jokingly labeling his performance as "epic dad dancing."
For audiences who miss the initial television broadcast on BBC One, the full Madonna & Graham program will also be adapted for radio. Listeners can catch the audio broadcast on BBC Radio 2 and the BBC Sounds platform on Saturday, July 4, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
