Jessie J has shared a health update with fans, revealing she's now cancer-free.

The English singer and songwriter shared the news in a video on Instagram, after having an MRI and an annual checkup.

"I'm actually s**ting myself, I'm not gonna lie," she says in the clip.

She then captioned her post, "Results are in, and I am cancer-free! I sobbed for hours and then exhaled for the first time in a year."

The Voice UK coach revealed in June last year that she had been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in late March 2025, shortly before the release of her single No Secrets.

She subsequently underwent a mastectomy.

She told followers in a video, "I was diagnosed with early breast cancer. Cancer sucks in any form, but I'm holding on to the word 'early'."

"It's a very dramatic way to get a boob job," she joked. "I am going to disappear for a bit after Summertime Ball to have my surgery, and I will come back with massive t**s and more music."

Jessie J, real name Jessica Ellen Cornish, rose to fame as a songwriter, penning hits such as Party in the USA for Miley Cyrus. She launched her successful solo career with her debut studio album Who You Are in 2011. She is the first British female artist to have six top-10 hits from a single album.
