Rosalía has given an update after food poisoning forced her to cut a concert short.

The Spanish star wasn't able to complete her Milan concert on Wednesday this week.

"I've tried to do this show since the very beginning, but I've been sick," she told the crowd. "I've had, like, big-time food poisoning, and I tried to push through until the end, but I'm feeling extremely sick. I'm puking out here."

She continued, "I'm extremely sick, and I'm really trying. I'm gonna push as much as I can, but we might have to (stop) if I really physically can't keep going." She finally left the stage, telling fans, "I've tried by all means to continue the show until the end, but I'm really unwell, and I can't do it."

Now she has posted to social media, reassuring fans that she is feeling better. Alongside a photo of her on a portable hospital bed and hooked up to an IV drip, she wrote, "Feeling better. Thank you so much for all the love and understanding from everyone who was there."

The Grammy-winner, 33, is in the middle of her Lux Tour 2026. She has previously spoken about the pressures of touring, recalling getting ready to go onstage at the Latin Grammys when she learned her grandfather had died.

"I couldn't even be at the burial. Those things, I'll have to live with the sadness and the regret of not being there," she said. "Those are things that are not the good side of being a musician: always struggling, always being committed to whatever you're doing, to the people who are there in the audience that night who paid for their ticket to see your performance."
