Paloma Faith has given birth to her third child.
The Picking Up the Pieces singer announced on Instagram on Tuesday that her baby boy arrived early on 6 March and she is finally able to take him home after a three-day stay in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
"On Friday March 6th I had my third baby, a little boy. He was a bit early and ended up in NICU for 3 days. The midwives and team around me were incredible," she wrote alongside a black and white photo of her holding her son's tiny hand. "Today we go home!"
In her typical candid style, The Celebrity Traitors star gave an insight into the positive and negatives of the experience.
"As usual its not easy, im engorged already, day three intrusive thoughts, in love with my partner and my kids more than ever (sic)," the 44-year-old continued. "Just taking it all slow. C sections ARE PAINFUL! He's perfect and wonderful. Breastfeeding is hard!"
Paloma received congratulatory messages from the likes of former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson, who wrote, "Well done Muma," and The Celebrity Traitors host Claudia Winkleman, who commented, "Massive congratulations, brilliant news. All love."
Her Celebrity Traitors co-stars also weighed in, with Alan Carr posting, "Oh how wonderful (heart emoji) congratulations darling!" and Kate Garraway adding, "Oh this is so so wonderful!! Congratulations you fabulous mama and utterly gorgeous brilliant woman."
Paloma has not publicly identified the father of her third child.
She shares two daughters, born in 2016 and 2021, with her ex-partner Leyman Lahcine. They split up in 2022 after almost a decade together.
The Only Love Can Hurt Like This hitmaker announced her pregnancy via Instagram in December.
"Pregnancy at 44. Ngl (not gonna lie) that's a bit worrying but I'm trying to pretend to myself I'm calm So that eventually that comes true. I couldn't be more happy about another baby and I'm bracing myself for the storm...." she captioned the post.
