Elijah Blue Allman has been arrested for the second time in just two days.

Cher's son has been charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and breach of bail after he allegedly forcibly entered a home on Sunday, The Windham Police Department of New Hampshire confirmed to The Daily Mail.

"On Sunday, 1 March 2026, the Windham Police Department responded to a report of a residential break-in involving forced entry," the department noted in a press release.

"Officers arrived on scene and located an individual inside the residence who did not have permission to be there and had forcibly entered the home. The subject was taken into custody without incident."

CBS reports that police received a 911 call from a woman who said someone had broken into her home and she was hiding in a wardrobe.

An officer found footprints in the snow leading to the back door, which had been shattered, and he found Allman "seated on the living room couch smoking a cigarette".

Allman, the son of Cher and the late Greg Allman, has been charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and breach of bail in his second arrest.

The latest run-in with the law came just two days after Allman was arrested at St Paul's School, a prestigious prep school in Concord, New Hampshire, after causing a disturbance in the school's dining hall, TMZ reported on Saturday.
