Belfast trio Kneecap have announced a sprawling itinerary of live dates to celebrate their upcoming album, FENIAN, set for release on 24th April via Heavenly Recordings. Following a completely sold-out run of UK and Irish shows last year, the group is preparing for an intensive week of out-store performances to coincide with the album’s arrival, followed by a major headline tour across Europe and high-profile festival slots.
The live activity begins on 23rd April at Circuit in Kingston, marking the start of a busy week of intimate out-store dates. The band will travel through Brighton, Bristol, Nottingham, and Dundee, before reaching Edinburgh’s Liquid Rooms on 29th April. This run concludes in London on 30th April with a special double-header of matinee and evening performances in partnership with Rough Trade East.
As the summer season approaches, Kneecap will transition to massive outdoor stages and headline venues across the continent. Highlights include a homecoming appearance at AVA in Belfast at the end of May, followed by a heavy Spanish run featuring Primavera Sound in Barcelona on 6th June and headline dates in Madrid and Bilbao. The tour continues through Portugal, Switzerland, and an extensive four-date trek across Italy in mid-June.
The band’s summer festival schedule is equally ambitious, with confirmed sets at Roskilde in Denmark, Open’er in Poland, and Rock Werchter in Belgium. UK fans can catch them at Crystal Palace Park in late June and Boomtown in August, alongside highly anticipated appearances at the Reading & Leeds Festivals. The group also returns to Ireland for the All Together Now festival in Waterford.
Looking further ahead into the autumn, the trio has recently added a series of major European headline shows for November. This leg includes performances at the Rockhal in Luxembourg, the Oslo Spektrum in Norway, and a massive finale at Le Zénith in Paris on 20th November. Tickets for these newly announced dates represent the band's largest headline shows to date as their global momentum continues to surge.
