Ronnie Radke has filed a temporary restraining order against Tommy Lee's wife, Brittany Furlan.
The Falling in Reverse frontman claims Furlan harassed him on social media, and her behaviour escalated when he ignored her messages.
He claims in documents obtained by TMZ that the rocker's wife drove to his house and sat outside, and also alleged that she followed him to a doctor's appointment and waited outside, staring at him.
In a statement to Page Six, however, Furlan's lawyer has insisted she's the one being harassed.
"Ms Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her," the statement reads.
"We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request that Ms Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner."
In May 2025, Furlan claimed she was "catfished" on social media by someone she presumed to be Radke.
TMZ reported that she revisited the drama over the weekend, claiming in her Instagram Stories that Radke was in fact the one messaging her, and also accusing him of interacting with underage fans.
Despite the catfish scandal and reports that Furlan and Lee split in May 2025 after six years of marriage, the couple is still together.
Furlan said the incident actually strengthened their marriage during an episode of her and Brittany Schmitt's This Is The Worst podcast in June last year.
"All of this happening has weirdly brought us together, which is really strange," she said.
"I think we really faced like, 'Oh, what would life really be like without each other?'"
