Dance music star Drew Taggart is now married to model Marianne Fonseca.
The Chainsmokers DJ and Brazilian supermodel announced their happy news in a joint Instagram post on Monday.
"WE ARE MARRIED!" they wrote alongside a video showing them dancing in their wedding attire on the beach at sunset, with two horses in the background. Marianne then jumps and wraps her legs around Drew's waist.
Days before, Marianne, 36, had revealed to her Instagram followers that they were getting married on 28 December in Costa Rica and it would be a small ceremony without any bridesmaids or groomsmen.
She told People in December 2024 that they wanted to have an intimate wedding day.
"We're planning to keep it really small," she said. "I want it to feel very intimate, with just the people we truly love. I don't want it to feel like 'work' to get married. I want to enjoy it and feel vulnerable with our closest loved ones."
Drew, 35, started dating Marianne after meeting at an Oscars party in March 2023. He proposed to her at the Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles in December 2024.
Drew is one-half of the dance duo The Chainsmokers alongside Alex Pall. They are best known for hits such as Closer, Don't Let Me Down, and the Coldplay collaboration Something Just Like This.
