This means your Official 2025 Christmas Number 1 song XMAS begins this week at Number 2. Kylie broke all sorts of records on Friday, including the first female solo artist to claim Number 1 singles across four different decades, marking an historic day in chart history.
The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl’s Fairytale of New York may finish the year in the Top 5, tracking to move one position from last week (5).
Elsewhere in the Top 10, Elton John’s festive favourite Step Into Christmas is on course to rise three (6), Shakin’ Stevens former chart topper Merry Christmas Everyone, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year is currently up four (7), while Gwen Stefani and Shake the Snow Globe could jump an incredible 50 places to pierce the Top 10 for the very first time (10).
Driving Home for Christmas from Chris Rea looks to make its move towards the Top 10, aiming to scale an impressive 17 spots (13).
The Christmas enigma that is Michael Bublé could find It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas break the Top 20 (20).
After beating its personal best chart position on Friday, Nat King Cole and The Christmas Song is set to break that accolade once more, possibly ascending eight places to a new peak (23).
