A house in Cornwall where Oasis recorded their landmark 1994 debut album Definitely Maybe has hit the market.
The house in Golant, which is home to Sawmills Studio, has been listed for sale for $2.64 million (£1.95 million), according to the property listing.
Liam and Noel Gallagher recorded most of their seminal record at the studio 31 years ago. It has also hosted the likes of The Stone Roses, Muse and Robert Plant.
The band - which then comprised Noel, Liam, Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs, Paul 'Guigsy' McGuigan and Tony McCarroll - also stayed at the studio, which is only accessible by a trek on foot, or a boat that runs twice a day, depending on the tide.
Co-owner of Sawmills Studio, Dennis Smith, previously said the band "were desperate to have another go, and they had 10 days to do it, and it was a question of getting it right this time".
According to a listing: "The Old Sawmills enjoys a secluded setting on the western bank of the River Fowey, overlooking a tidal creek and within an area of outstanding beauty. To be sold on the open market for the first time in 50 years, The Old Sawmills is a truly unique and secluded waterside property set."
