Lily Allen has admitted she "can't remember" how many abortions she's had.

The 40-year-old singer made the candid confession on her Miss Me? podcast.

"I'd get pregnant all the time, all the time," she said.

'I just remembered I have an IUD (contraceptive coil) now. I think I'm on my third, maybe fourth, and I just remember before that it was a complete disaster area. I'd get pregnant all the time all the time."

She continued, "Abortions, I've had a few, but then again, I can't remember exactly how many ... I think maybe like, I want to say four or five."

Her co-host Miquita Oliver admitted she's had around the same number of terminations.

"We've had about the same amount of abortions," she said. "Lily, I'm so happy I can say that and you can say it and no one came to shoot us down, no judgment."

Lily shared one particular experience, recalling, "I remember once getting pregnant and the man paying for my abortion, and me thinking it was so romantic."

She told how her opinion had then changed, saying, "I don't think it's generous or romantic," and claiming that the man never messaged her afterwards.

"Fair (to be honest)," she joked. "I was a f**ken crazy b**ch, still am."

Lily shares two daughters, Ethel, 13, and Marnie, 11, with her ex-husband Sam Cooper. The couple were married from 2011 to 2018.

She recently separated from her second husband, David Harbour, after four years of marriage.
