Jessie J has spoken about her recovery from a mastectomy.
The singer, 37, had surgery in June after being diagnosed with early breast cancer.
The star, who is mum to two-year-old son Sky, took to Instagram to update her fans on her recovery.
"I'm good," she wrote. "Missing being an active Mum/human the most. But it's been nice to slow down and Sky is having a blast with Nanny and Grandad."
The Domino singer, whose real name is Jessica Cornish, admitted that "it's still uncomfortable" and "a little painful," but said that she "can handle that."
She also told how she's "trying to eat super clean," and doing recovery exercises, but has stopped taking her pain relief.
"Just not my thing," she said. "Also like to feel how it feels so I don't overdo it."
She added that while she's hoping to be up and about soon, she wasn't sure she'd have the energy to chat to fans if she bumped into them.
"(If) I seem a little out of it, I am," she wrote. "It's not personal. I don't have what I usually have to give energy-wise, understandably. I will get there. It's a slow road. For now, I am taking it easy. Enjoying the slow vibes and staying positive."
