Roger Waters, the visionary co-founder and creative force behind Pink Floyd, is bringing his acclaimed "This Is Not A Drill" tour to cinemas worldwide with ‘This Is Not A Drill - Live from Prague - The Movie’. Set for global release by Sony Music Vision and Trafalgar Releasing, the film will have limited screenings on July 23 and 27, 2025.
Recorded and filmed during Waters’ impactful performance at Prague’s O2 Arena on May 25, 2023, the movie has been meticulously edited by long-time collaborator Sean Evans. Billed by Waters as his "first ever Farewell Tour," the show is a powerful statement against what he describes as a "corporate dystopia," dedicated to those fighting for "the soul of humanity."
Fans can anticipate a breathtaking cinematic experience, featuring 20 classic Pink Floyd and Roger Waters tracks. Iconic songs like “Us & Them,” “Comfortably Numb,” “Wish You Were Here,” and “Is This The Life We Really Want?” are included, alongside Waters’ recently celebrated new song, “The Bar.” The production promises an extraordinary assault on the senses, encompassing musical, visual, political, and philosophical themes. A performance clip from "Is This The Life We Really Want?" was released today, offering a glimpse into the film's immersive quality.
