Jesse McCartney and his wife Katie Peterson are new parents.
In February, the actor-singer and actress announced they were expecting their first child.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Katie revealed she gave birth to a son named Archer on 7 May - "a bit earlier" than his due date.
"Archer James McCartney took center stage on 5/7/25," she wrote. "Our sweet Archie couldn't wait to meet us and arrived a bit earlier than expected. We are so in love with him. He loves when mommy reads him a book and when daddy sings him off to sleep."
Katie also shared a series of sweet photos showing Archer lying in a hospital crib while wearing a white onesie with his name embroidered in blue on the front.
"We look forward to bringing him home very soon to meet his big sister Bailey, who sleeps with his blanket every night," the 37-year-old continued, referring to her dog. "Enjoy some cute pictures of our little fighter, Archer."
Accordingly, the adorable post quickly racked up over 50,000 likes, with many followers writing congratulatory messages.
