Chris Evans has listed his Los Angeles home for $6.995 million (£5.18 million).
That's nearly double the $3.52 million (£2.61 million) the Captain America star paid for it in 2013.
He is looking to sell so he can spend more time on the East Coast, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Spread across 4,600 square feet (430 square metres), the 1940s property features four bedrooms and a home gym where the actor trained for his superhero role.
The house overlooks the Santa Monica Mountains and Mulholland and Laurel Canyons. In order to take full advantage of the stunning scenery, Evans extended the backyard that now features a pool, outdoor seating area and fire pit.
Evans is currently starring in the dark comedy Honey Don't!, the premiere of which brought the 2025 Cannes Film Festival to a glittering close last week.
While co-stars Margaret Qualley and Aubrey Plaza swanned up the red carpet, The Avengers star did not attend, as he was otherwise engaged.
"I wish I could've been with my incredible cast and filmmakers at Cannes," he shared on Instagram a few days after the event. "But it was my mother's 70th birthday and there are some things you just can't miss! Congrats everyone!"
