Premier League footballer Alex Iwobi has said that he wants to work on a new track with his Fulham and Nigeria teammate Calvin Bassey, as he teased that he’s working on his debut EP to follow up new track ‘Hop Out!’

KR: “I feel like the song, for me, it feels very much like the start of summer. Like, you know, the clocks have changed, so it's brighter a bit later now, do you know what mean? like, rooftop kind of vibes are setting; if you've got a nice car, the top might be down. Is that the vibe you wanted for the track?”
AI: “I mean, when I first made it, me and my boys, the topic was Dubai. So, I'm talking about Dubai. I was talking about the vibes, like, the summertime vibes. And then Ramz brought his own little vibe to it. So, when I send it to Odumodublvck, I didn't know what to expect. And then he devised how we’d hop out of the motor; we’d do our own things and how we vibe. So, yeah, it just naturally blended well. It was good.”
KR: “Is that the start of something a bit wider you’re working on, like a project, or is this sort of like let’s see how this goes?”
AI: “So the music, obviously it was just a thing where I’d go to the studio with my friends and just literally vibe. Whether it was just in our mind, we’re just literally laying it on a verse or laying a chorus with it, and then now it's like me and my team are trying to strategically put a plan [together]. So, maybe there might be a little EP or something, I don't know. Depends on the guy in the green, init!”

KR: “Is there anyone in the locker room or when you're training that you'd like to collaborate on an unofficial track with, or want to actually get them in the studio?”
AI: “In my team?”
KR: “Yeah, yeah.”
AI: “I mean, not that I know of! Like, I've seen they can like sing along to other people's lyrics. Obviously, I'll probably say Calvin Bassey. He said he wants someone to ghost write for him, so maybe me or the guy in green can help him!”
