Kanye West shared and then deleted a mysterious social media post amid speculation about his marriage.

On Thursday, reports flew that the 47-year-old rapper, known also as Ye, and his 30-year-old wife, Bianca Censori, were divorcing after three years of marriage.

An hour after the reports surfaced, West took to Instagram to share an AI definition of the word "coercion" alongside a statement reading: "Is the coercion" as well as a thinking face emoji.

His generated definition declared that "coercion is illegal" - with the post emerging briefly days after the musician declared he had "dominion" over his wife.

Earlier this month, the couple sparked furore when they arrived at the Grammy Awards where Censori walked the red carpet in an explicitly transparent minidress - seemingly at the behest of her husband.

And over the last weekend, West stoked further condemnation when he praised Hitler and the Nazis in social media posts before attempting to sell a t-shirt adorned with a swastika via his Yeezy fashion website.

The Daily Mail claimed on Thursday that West and Censori had commenced divorce proceedings, with a source telling the outlet, "The couple have now broken up and that they expect a legal filing to end the marriage in the coming days."

The report went on to suggest Censori is staying at their home in Beverly Park North, Los Angeles, while West is over 5,400 miles away in Tokyo.
