Sean 'Diddy' Combs has reportedly been taken to hospital while awaiting trial.
The 55-year-old musician is due to stand trial in May after being arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution last year - charges he has furiously denied.
He has been held in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest last September and has been denied bail multiple times.
Page Six has reported the musician was transferred to Brooklyn Hospital for a noninvasive test over the past week.
A source told the outlet that Diddy had complained his "knee was bothering him" and was admitted to undergo an MRI scan to examine the internal structure of his joint.
A Bureau of Prisons spokesperson told The New York Post, who publish Page Six, "For privacy, safety, and security reasons we do not comment on the conditions of confinement for anyone in our custody to include medical status or medical trips."
The publication went on to claim that law enforcement had been notified of the rapper's medical trip, "just in case it was leaked and they would have chaos."
After his arrest last year, Combs has faced a string of further accusations from more than 100 people who claimed they suffered abuse at his hands.
He has denied all wrongdoing and vowed to clear his name - while his court case is due to commence on 5 May.
