Pitbull has responded after fans noticed Kesha's name no longer appeared in the title of the video for their song Timber on YouTube.
Over the weekend, followers took to social media to claim the title of the 2013 music video had been swapped from Pitbull - Timber (Official Video) ft. Kesha to Pitbull - Timber (Official Video).
Amid outrage from Kesha's dedicated fans, with some claiming the change was due to Pitbull's professional relationship with music producer Dr. Luke, the rapper-singer addressed the rumours on Sunday.
"@KeshaRose and I have an incredible song together. Nothing will change this," the 43-year-old wrote. "Team Pitbull is looking into this matter. Always nothing but love for Kesha, Dale!"
Pitbull, real name Armando Christian Pérez, also shared a clip from the Timber video.
Kesha, 37, has not yet commented on the issue.
The Tik Tok hitmaker's career was halted in 2014 amid a series of lawsuits between herself and her former music producer Dr. Luke, also known as Lukasz Gottwald.
Kesha alleged Dr. Luke had drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2005, while the Kemosabe Records founder claimed the singer had breached her contract and defamed him. The case was settled in June 2023.
Most recently, Kesha dropped a new single titled Joyride via her self-titled label, Kesha Records.
