INME brothers Greg and Dave McPherson’s thrash/metal combo side-project Centiment are about to support Fei Comodo during the upcoming April tour.
Fei Comodo previously did tour support for INME with Fei Comodo now returning the favour for Centiment.
Centiment are currently working on the writing of their debut album and as a sample of what’s in store a few of the tracks (produced in Greg’s spare bedroom) will shortly be on their myspace page. The band have said their new material “is much heavier and more thrashy than recent Centiment songs” and fans can expect to hear a lot of this new material being previewed on the upcoming tour.
Fei Comodo are a Chelmsford, Essex based emo/metal band. Formed in April 2003 fast forward to 2008 and the band are vastly becoming hot property.
"What we have here is a four track EP with frankly some of the best produced post-hardcore tracks I've heard from a new band in a long while..." PUNKTASTIC 4/5
"A slightly tounge in cheek screamo-by-numbers sound with all the right boxes ticked: Breakdowns? Check. Racing punk tempo? Check. Soaring heartfelt choruses that would have Charlie Manson welling up? Check. So with a burgeoning grass-roots following, and the support of MTV2 behind them, the quintet will no doubt be shifting units hand over (gloved) fist." METAL HAMMER Magazine
Centiment will be supporting Fei Comodo on the following dates:
8th April - Jabez Clegg, Manchester
9th April - Barfly, Liverpool
29th April - Bar Academy, Islington
