Ice Spice has given her pal Taylor Swift a sweet shout-out on stage at Coachella.

The Munch (Feelin' U) singer was part way through her set at the second weekend of the music and arts festival in Indio, California.

Before performing her verse from the remix of Swift’s song Karma, the rapper asked the crowd: “Y’all heard Taylor’s new album yet?” referring to Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department which was released Friday 19 April.

“Shout-out to Taylor Swift. My good sis.”

During the first weekend of Coachella, Swift and boyfriend Travis Kelce were seen in the crowd singing and dancing during Ice Spice’s set.

The two artists first teamed up for a remix of Swift’s song Karma in May 2023.

At the time, Swift said in her Instagram announcement about their collab that she was a “massive fan” of Ice Spice, calling her “the one to watch”.

In addition to their musical connection, Swift and Ice Spice have also formed a strong friendship.

The women sat front row during the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, where they were seen dancing, laughing and whispering together.

Ice Spice gave insight into their fun night and what kept their laughter going.

“That’s my sis. We was talking about a bunch of things,” she told Variety.

“She’s so funny. We was sipping on a little something. Just chatting, vibing.”
