Julian Lennon has decided to sell his South of France home.

The musician has listed his dream French Riviera property for sale.

The four-storey, five-bedroom home comes with a guide price of $27.6 million (£22 million), reports the Daily Mail.

Described as a “classic” and a “passion project”, the captivating, white-shuttered 18th-century house features a music studio, cinema room, its own chapel, and a Venetian mosaic floor.

Musician, photographer and philanthropist Lennon — the only child of John Lennon and his first wife, Cynthia — has owned the house for the past quarter of a century.

Lennon ensured that original frescos were preserved, while creating what's described as a “double suite” on the top floor.

The grounds feature a swimming pool and pool house and a terrace with views across the Mediterranean Sea.
