Mel B has revealed that the Spice Girls would "always" end up sleeping in the same bed while on tour.

The English singer, also known as Scary Spice, shared that she and the other four members of the iconic girl group, Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell-Horner, Emma Bunton and Mel Chisholm, would often share a bed while on tour, despite having their own rooms.

"I pretty much travelled everywhere with the Spice Girls, so there's not much left on my wish list... and we'd always all end up in the same room sleeping in the same bed even though we had a room each," Mel told The Sunday Times.

The 48-year-old also recalled that she and her former bandmates would regularly play pranks on male staff members while staying in hotels.

"Then the room-service guy would come in - usually it would be a guy - and one of us (often me) would pretend to drop a towel and they wouldn't know where to look," Mel revealed. "We were always getting up to pranks like that."

Mel's comments come more than four years after she made the bombshell confession that she and Geri once had a sexual encounter.

"We were best friends. It just happened... She (Geri) is going to hate me for this because she is all posh in her country house and her husband, but it's a fact," Mel confessed during an interview with Piers Morgan for his Life Stories. "It just happened and we just giggled at it and that was it."

The girl group formed in 1994 and Geri quit in 1998. The remaining four-piece disbanded in 2000, although they have reunited a few times.
