Sheffield four piece Milburn are poised to release their debut album on Mercury Records, entitled ‘Well Well Well'. The album, out on October 9th is a 12 track hop and skip through Milburn's world of spiky, up for it guitar-pop, packed with attitude. Milburn, who made a mightily impressive first foray into the singles chart at Number 22 with their debut single Send In The Boys, have been touring the UK extensively over the past few months.
Their energy packed live shows have helped them collect a legion of loyal and rabid fans up and down the country. They played their biggest show to date, at a packed to capacity Electric Ballroom in London on July 17th (a few months earlier they were supporting The Rifles at 93 FT East). They continue their touring frenzy in support of ‘Well Well Well', with a headline tour that kicks of at Wrexham's Central Station on October 12th. They also play the NME/Radio One stage at the Carling Festival later in the month (Reading 26/8 and Leeds 27/8).
Milburn's third single, ‘What You Could've Won' will be out on October 23rd.
