Electronic music pioneer Jean-Michel Jarre has announced Oxygene & Beyond, a major international tour launching in autumn 2027. Celebrating 50 years of his landmark album Oxygene alongside new music from a forthcoming studio album, the tour will kick off across Europe before expanding globally into 2028.
The initial European leg will visit major arenas across the continent. Key UK dates include performances at London’s The O2 on October 19 and Manchester’s Co-op Live on October 21. The tour also features multi-night runs in Paris and Amsterdam, alongside stops in Berlin, Prague, Brussels, Barcelona, Budapest, Cluj, Katowice, Lódz, and Gdansk.
The announcement coincides with Jarre appearing as guest of honor at the 30th anniversary edition of the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE). Tonight, he opens ADE with a sold-out immersive performance, Oxygene & Beyond: A Sonic Journey, at AFAS Live. His ADE schedule also includes panel discussions at ADE Pro exploring music, artificial intelligence, and the future of creative technology.
The tour forms part of a broader anniversary celebration honoring Oxygene. On November 20, BMG will release a 50th-anniversary edition featuring a new 2026 stereo remaster, Dolby Atmos, and 5.1 mixes alongside bonus material.
Additionally, Thames & Hudson will publish Jarre’s new book, MACHINES by Jean-Michel Jarre: A History of Electronic Music, on November 5, tracing a century of sound synthesis, multimedia innovation, and instrument development.
Jarre is currently putting the finishing touches on a new studio album slated for release in spring 2027, with select tracks set to make their live debut during the tour. Tickets and presale registration are available via Jarre’s official channels, with general ticket sales beginning across select territories from late October.
