The 16-date celebration kicks off in Newcastle on October 1st, traversing the length of the country through Manchester, Glasgow, and Cardiff, before a grand finale at London’s iconic O2 Brixton Academy on December 8th.
A Career-Spanning Celebration
The long-standing lineup—Miles Hunt, Malc Treece, Erica Nockalls, Mark Gemini Thwaite, Tim Sewell, and Pete Howard—will deliver sets packed with the hits that defined an era. Fans can expect everything from the frantic energy of ‘Unbearable’ and ‘A Wish Away’ to the melodic heights of ‘Caught In My Shadow’ and ‘The Size of A Cow’.
“When we first rehearsed on March 19th, 1986, I wonder what we would have thought if we knew we’d still be playing together forty years later?” says frontman Miles Hunt. “We are incredibly grateful to the audiences that have stuck with us. It is our absolute honour to get up on stage and play the old faves for those wonderful people.”
Double-Headliner Energy
Joining the tour as very special guests are fellow indie legends Inspiral Carpets. A cornerstone of the Madchester scene, the band behind ‘This Is How It Feels’ and ‘Saturn 5’ promise a set of garage-pop classics and "a couple of surprises."
