Transatlantic four-piece The Boxer Rebellion have returned to challenge the digital noise of modern life with their striking new single, "Satellite Above." Out now via Absentee Recordings, the track serves as a defiant anthem against the "invisible pressures" of constant connectivity and the erosion of authentic human connection.

Built on uncoiling bass grooves and anthemic refrains, "Satellite Above" is the third single from the band’s forthcoming seventh studio album, The Second I’m Asleep, arriving March 27, 2026. Lead singer Nathan Nicholson describes the song as a reflection on our "monitored and observed" society. "We have forgotten what it is to live without distraction," Nicholson explains, "and instead we are forced into this never-ending ‘carousel of envy’ as we measure our own lives against the curated lives of others."

Following their massive performance at the 2025 Pinkpop Festival, the group has already seen a surge in demand, with several dates nearing sell-out status. Buy remaining tickets securely here.
