Deftones will headline a monumental alternative showcase as All Points East joins forces with Outbreak Fest on Sunday 23 August 2026. Taking place in London’s Victoria Park, the Sacramento alt-metal veterans arrive in the midst of a massive career renaissance following the release of their tenth studio album, Private Music. Their appearance follows a sold-out global arena tour, cementing their status as one of the most influential forces in heavy music today.

Interpol joins the bill as very special guests, bringing their signature New York post-punk sound to the East London stage. With new music reportedly imminent, the band behind the seminal Turn On The Bright Lights is expected to deliver a career-spanning set. They are joined by AFI, who make their festival debut as they celebrate the 20th anniversary of their platinum-selling landmark, December Underground, alongside tracks from their latest reinvention, Silver Bleeds the Black Sun.

The lineup expands with a diverse array of experimental and high-energy acts. Hardcore stalwarts IDLES and the raucous Amyl & the Sniffers lead the charge for punk fans, while witch-house innovators Salem return with their nightmarish, electronic atmospheres. Adding to the sonic depth are Philadelphia’s Mannequin Pussy, whose recent album I Got Heaven has been hailed as a visceral challenge to the status quo, and the genre-bending anthems of South African-born artist Ecca Vandal.

Electronic music enthusiasts will see a live performance from techno pioneer Blawan, fresh from his critically acclaimed XL Recordings release, SickElixir. The billing also includes heavyweights such as Deafheaven, JPEGMAFIA, Basement, and Show Me The Body. This collaborative event aims to provide a unique insight into the modern landscape of amorphous, boundary-pushing music, eschewing traditional genre classifications for a purely visceral experience.
