Indie-pop legends Belle & Sebastian have been announced as the latest headliners for the 2026 return of On The Mount at Wasing. Set within a breathtaking natural enclave on the Wasing Estate in Berkshire, the band will take to the stage on Sunday, 28th June, for what promises to be one of the most transportive live music experiences of the year.
This landmark performance will see the group celebrate their mythic 1996 album, If You’re Feeling Sinister, by performing the record in full. Widely regarded as a "greatest of all time" fixture, the album features fan favorites like "The Fox in the Snow" and "Get Me Away from Here, I’m Dying." Following the album set, the band will return for a second performance featuring a collection of hits from across their storied career.
Adding to the prestige of the evening, Belle & Sebastian will be joined by very special guests Saint Etienne. As one of the UK’s most treasured pop institutions, Saint Etienne’s appearance at Wasing comes as a must-see event following the news of their farewell tour scheduled for later in 2026.
The "On The Mount" series has become a standout on the UK summer calendar, known for its unique woodland trail and wildflower-filled amphitheatre. Belle & Sebastian join an incredible 2026 lineup that includes MIKA (26th June), Pixies (27th June), Alabama Shakes (2nd July), and Ben Howard with This Is The Kit (3rd July).
