A star-studded lineup of English music royalty is set to take the stage at Indigo at The O2 on Sunday, March 1, 2026, for the annual return of Milkfest. This year, the popular charity festival is raising vital funds and awareness for Dementia UK, the specialist nursing charity providing life-changing support to families affected by dementia.
A Hall of Fame Lineup
The 2026 edition features an incredible roster of talent, headlined by Squeeze legend Chris Difford. Joining him is a supporting cast of virtuosos and blues-rock icons, including:
The Climax Blues Band: Known for their timeless hit "Couldn't Get it Right."
Hamish Stuart & Robbie McIntosh: Renowned sidemen for Paul McCartney and The Pretenders.
Brave Rival: The reigning UK Blues Band of the Year.
Alice Armstrong: The award-winning Blues Vocalist of the Year.
The Milk Men: The festival’s founders and hosts.
The event will run from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with the venue offering an exclusive all-day re-admission policy, allowing fans to explore the O2 and return for their favorite sets throughout the day.
Rocking for a Reason: Supporting Dementia UK
Founded by Adam Norsworthy of The Milk Men, Milkfest has quickly become a powerhouse for philanthropy. After raising over £8,000 for the Brain Tumour Charity in 2025, the festival has shifted its focus to the dementia crisis. With someone in the UK developing the condition every three minutes, the funds raised will support Admiral Nurses, who provide expert guidance to families in need.
“We want to pack the place out to raise as much money as possible,” says Norsworthy. “Dementia is a growing health crisis, and we’re excited to use great music to make a difference.”
