Acclaimed alternative folk outfit The Paper Kites have officially announced the arrival of their seventh studio album, ‘If You Go There, I Hope You Find It’, set for release on January 23, 2026, via Nettwerk Music Group. To celebrate the news, the band has released their latest single, "Every Town," accompanied by a poignant new music video.
The upcoming record serves as a masterclass in atmospheric storytelling. Recorded at Melbourne’s legendary Sing Sing Studios and mixed by multi-Grammy winner Jon Low (known for his work with Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran), the album explores themes of nature, healing, and the quiet ache of introspection.
The new single, "Every Town," perfectly encapsulates this mood. It is a tender reflection on love that persists across distance and time, delivered with the band’s signature soft harmonies and evocative lyrics. Following the success of previous single "When The Lavender Blooms," the 10-track album promises a "whispered conversation" with the listener, seeking simplicity and emotional clarity in an increasingly loud world.
Coinciding with the album reveal, tickets for the band’s 2026 UK and European headline tour go on sale today. The Paper Kites continue their upward trajectory in the UK; after selling out venues like KOKO and performing a landmark set at Somerset House this summer, their upcoming London stop will be at the iconic Roundhouse.
The tour kicks off in February 2026, featuring stops at:
Belfast: Limelight (Feb 17)
Dublin: 3Olympia Theatre (Feb 18)
Manchester: O2 Ritz (Feb 20)
London: Roundhouse (Feb 24)
With over two billion global streams and a fan base that includes artists like Zach Bryan and Lizzy McAlpine, The Paper Kites have solidified their place as pillars of modern Americana. From their multi-Platinum hit "Bloom" to soundtracking pivotal scenes in Grey’s Anatomy and This Is Us, the band’s music has become the backdrop for countless personal milestones worldwide.
