PREGOBLIN release a rework, by BABii, of their latest single Nobody Likes Me, with special guest vocalist Jessica Winter, through Strap Originals on 26th January.
BABii says: “I was working on my new album at the end of last year when PREGOBLIN asked me if I wanted to mess around with their song. I gave it a listen and knew I could make it hit really hard, so that's what I did!”
Nobody Likes Me, with its defiant lyrical mantra, is a deliciously infectious slab of disco pop. It is the third earworm to be released from the forthcoming album PREGOBLIN II, which is coming on 23rd February 2024. The video for Nobody Likes Me was directed and filmed by Alex Sebley, Phoebe May Ford & Sophie at Coppin at Cheybassa Lodge (Rest Home), Hayling Island, Portsmouth.
Says Alex: “Recently I was caring for my mum, in the last few months of her life, and this video kind of fits with that experience. My friend Vicki Knight is a nurse at a local care home and she gave me the idea. I would see Vicki at the pub between visiting with my mum.”

Having toured with Peter Doherty and recently sold out their own headline shows at the Windmill in London and Left of the Dial Festival in Rotterdam. During January/February PREGOBLIN support Dutch 3-piece Pip Blom, Rotterdam multi instrumentalist Harry Merry & The Libertines and also perform at Simple Things festival in Bristol.
