Friday 25th August 2023 will see two-time BRIT Award winner Lewis Capaldi return to Manchester for a special outdoor show. For the first time ever, Wythenshawe Park will host a major outdoor summer concert, headlined by the Glaswegian singer songwriter, performing tracks from his upcoming album.

The announcement follows the incredibly well received release of Lewis Capaldi’s brand-new single ‘Pointless’, co-written by Ed Sheeran, from Capaldi’s upcoming sophomore album ‘Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent’, which will be released in May.

Capaldi’s new album follows a similar template, musically and thematically to its predecessor ‘Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent’, certified as the biggest-selling UK album of both 2019 and 2020, with tracks ‘Hold Me Why You Wait’ and ‘Before You Go’ both reaching No. 1 in the UK Top 40 chart.
