New North American rock heroes Enumclaw share "Cowboy Bepop", their sun-drenched, skyward-reaching hit that captures the sound of Manchester in 1991 via Tacoma, Washington in 2022. The track follows the soaring "Jimmy Neutron" and the announcement of their highly-anticipated debut album Save the Baby. Produced by Gabe Wax (Soccer Mommy, Adrianne Lenker, Fleet Foxes), the LP is set to release October 14th, 2022 on Luminelle Recordings.

“Cowboy Bebop” is another white-knuckle ride of a release from Enumclaw, a perfect marriage of their bittersweet fuzz and frontman Aramis Johnson’s honest lyricism. The song is brimming with urgency and a powerful sense of feeling that erupts into full-blown catharsis: it is the sound of a band who know that this is their moment to seize. "Cowboy Bepop" arrives with a music video directed by John Peterson, who helmed the videos for 2002 and Jimmy Neutron.

About the track lead-singer Aramis Johnson shares: "Something I've been trying to figure out these past two years is the idea of change and what that can look like and mean. At its core, change is what this song is about.. If you could choose, what would you change? There's this line in the movie "Mid 90’s" and it's like "at the end of the day you wouldn’t trade your shit for anyone else". That's what this song is about. At the end of the day the grass is never greener on the other side.”
