The Backseat Lovers in the UK right now

It was last November when mega-streaming, US main stage indie heroes, The Backseat Lovers first landed in the UK for their debut, sold out tour dates. Since then the hype has built steadily in Europe and this week return to the UK and Ireland for a run of ten dates in bigger venues. Once done, they will return to the US to hit arenas with Jack White!

It’s an exciting time for the four-piece from Salt Lake City as they begin thinking about album two (and negotiate with the labels vying to put that one out), moving their story on from the 120million + streaming global smash, Kilby Girl and onto the next phase. With admirers not limited to White, but also fellow Utah legends, The Killers, their A-List contact book is growing at the same time as their international fanbase. For a band with one, independently released album to their name, it’s a phenomenal story.
