Australian indie electro pop band Confidence Man will join Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds at the Eden Project on June 15 (2022).
Confidence man are being hailed as one of the hottest music acts on the planet right now. A portable party that has levelled dance floors and flattened festival crowds as it has rolled out across the world, their performances are custom designed to make you dance and lose your cool.
Vocalists Janet Planet and Sugar Bones formed the band in 2016 after meeting on the Brisbane music scene. They signed to UK label Heavenly Records and released their debut UK single, Bubblegum, in March 2017. Their debut album Confident Music for Confident People was released in April 2018 and won Best Independent Dance/Electronica Album at the AIR Awards of 2019.
On April 1 (2022), Confidence Man released their second album Tilt which was described in the band’s press release as “fierce, flirty and full of anthems”.
The record reached number one in the UK Dance Albums chart and includes popular single Holiday.
