Baba Ali, the dynamic and progressive pairing of vocalist Baba Doherty and guitarist Nik Balchin, released a series of early singles on Danger Mouse’s 30th Century Records before unleashing their debut album Memory Device in August of last year via Memphis Industries to widespread acclaim, including BBC 6Music Album of the Day and daytime playlist, heavy play from KEXP and KCRW and features in the Observer and Sunday Times.
They are set to support Yard Act on their forthcoming sold out tour of the UK, before embarking on a US tour including shows at SXSW.
