Nina Nesbitt is confirmed to play The Metaverse Festival, which begins this Thursday, October 21st.
The event is the world’s first ever multi-day music festival to be held in the metaverse, and will be hosted by Decentraland, the blockchain-based virtual world. The metaverse is a series of virtual social digital environments which exist in parallel to our physical world, and expands it to a near limitless potential of future possibilities.
Nina is one of the leading names to be confirmed for The Metaverse Festival. The eclectic line-up also includes big names as varied as deadmau5, Paris Hilton and 3LAU. As well as an international array of artists, The Metaverse Festival features core festival elements such as games, merch stands, a VIP lounge, chill-out zones and, of course, portable toilets. The entire event is based around the theme of evolution: over the course of its four days, the festival’s visual aesthetic will transform from Water on its opening day to Earth, Space, and finally Metaverse on its final day.
She will play the Evolution Stage, the festival’s main stage, at 12am UTC (1am BST), this Friday, October 22nd.
