How long have you been involved in music?:
11 years (from the age of 10)
What are your goals in music ? :
Increase popularity and make the audience enjoy my music (big goal)
Do you have a standard routine before performing?:
Doing scales. All those funny noises. However, I always end up yawning before my performances. Have no idea why!
What’s your opinion regarding the music industry in Malta? :
It lacks from all the big things. No record labels to fight for. In Malta, the music career is labelled as a ‘hobby’ and I guess that, that’s the way it will always be.
Do you believe in collaborations? Who would you duet with?
Yes. Having the opportunity to collaborate with other singers, helps you reach different audiences.
I would duet with both Pamela Bezzina (love her voice) and also Mary Spiteri. Two singers I admire from the local scene.
How would you celebrate if you win Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza 2014?:
I would throw a BIG BIG farmhouse party !!
