What message does your song give?
Our song presents a ‘satirical’ outlook at how routine stifles our imagination and controls our being. We may like new ideas (sinjorina barranija) but we prefer our comfort zones (Dabbrilha rasha)
Do you like to compete in Festivals? Why/Why Not?:
Though we’re quite mature of age, this is our first time that we’re competing in a festival and we’re having fun.
This Festival supports our native tongue. Do you prefer to sing in Maltese, English or another language?
Any language will do as long as it is used to comunicate with the audience. Maltese might have a slight edge as it is more personal. (jolqot fil-laham il-haj)
Which is your favourite Maltese Song of all time?: We mentioned alot
We agreed on : ‘L-aħħar bidwi f’Wied il-Għasel’ and ‘Xemx’
And your favourite International Song of all time?: Let’s say ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ as you have different styles in one epic song
Who inspires you as an Artist?: Robert Plant, Mark Knophler, Freddie Mercury, Jimmy Page, Joe Satriani etc etc etc
Would you share highlights from your music career during the last 12 months? : Our main highlight is still to come : Saturday 15th March
What are your goals in music ? : Our main goal is to have some good time together once a week doing our favourite thing - play some good music
How much time per day do you spend on your music career ? : 2 hours a week
