Here again is the title of the song winning International Festival 2013 Malta Song upload yesterday at the Mediterranean Saturday 9 November. Olivia Lewis sang the song' Hawn mill-Gdid' on words of author Joe Julian Farrugia and music composer Paul Abela. This was the first time both Joe Julian and Olivia Lewis also as winners of this prestigious festival. The last time Paul Abela had won the title was in 1997 with the song 'Min jaf Għalfejn?' of Catherine Vigar.

Award best show on stage - Hooligan and Janvil with the song' Mikrokozmu' (Augusto Cardinali / Giovann Attard)

Award given by the organizing committee - Roger Tirazona with the song' Inti mill-Gdid' (Paul Abela / Joe Julian Farrugia).

4 prizes were also given to the singers participation Christian, Donna, Domenique and Lyann Iles.

In the final evening broadcast live on the television stations of PBS, also participated popular singers Renato, Mary Rose Mallia, Debbie Scerri and Lawrence Gray who joined together with presenter Alfred Zammit to run the final night and share their experiences about their participation in past editions of this same festival.

International Winners were selected by a professional jury formed by Noel D'Anastasi, Roderick Azzopardi Custo, George Cremona, Josephine Ebejer Grech, David Muscat, Emelda Micallef, Antonella Vassallo and Hermann Bonaci. This jury led by Robert Cefai, executive secretary of the festival under the protection of the notary Dr. Elsa Debono.

The local competition jury was formed by Daniel Falzon, Patrick Vella, Charles Marsh, Clint Bajada, Jackie Mercieca, Alfie Fabri, Salvatore Mallia and Rene Monsigneur. This jury led by Deo Grech, Public Relations Officer of the festival under the protection of the notary Dr. Reuben Debono. Along with the vote of the jury also joined the public vote via televoting which cost as one member of the jury.

The festival staged parliamentary secretariat for culture and local councils with assiccjazjoni WAFA festivals and international singers. The organizing committee of the festival consists of Josette Grech Hamilton (Chairman), Ignatius Farrugia (Vice Chairman), Robert Cefai (Secretary), Deo Grech (PRO), Simone Bugeja (hospitality coordinator), Ray Falzon (festival coordinator ) and Pierre Cachia (technical coordinator. Norman Hamilton (artistic consultant), Sigmund Mifsud (music consultant) and Anton Attard (technical advisor). assisted close to the organizing committee Martin Mercieca from PBS.
